Ariana Grande stole the spotlight at the 2024 Oscars in a stunning custom pink strapless ruched column gown by Giambattista Valli Haute Couture. Even Haley Kalil couldn't resist showering her with compliments.

On Monday, the supermodel, 31, shared a video on her social media featuring her and the "7 Rings" singer, 30, enjoying a cute style moment at the award show. In the video, Kalil tells Grande as she walks by, "Ariana, I love your dress."

"Oh my god, I love yours," Grande replied, commenting on Kalil's red dress. "Werk."

Kalil proceeded to caption the video with "CRYING SCREAMING THROWING THANK YOU @arianagrande your dress was EVERYTHING also Wicked counting down the days."

"u just met THE ARIANA GRANDE omg," one user commented on her TikTok, which has over 15 million views. "GETTING COMPLIMENTED BY ARIANA GRANDE?! I'd scream," another person wrote.

Grande accessorized her look with matching opera gloves and 30-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond stud earrings valued at $2.5 million. Keeping true to her signature style, she opted for a sky-high ponytail and a precise cat-eye for her glam.

This Oscars appearance marked Grande's first red carpet since the 2020 Grammy Awards, where she also captivated audiences in a Giambattista Valli Haute Couture ballgown crafted from 400 yards of tulle, a masterpiece that required 200 hours of meticulous work to construct.

During the award ceremony, Grande took the stage alongside her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo to present the statuettes for Best Original Song and Best Original Score.

Dressed in her character Elphaba's signature green, Erivo, 37, began, "A great movie song can set the mood, reveal something about a character and help us tell a story."

"And a great film score can leave a handprint on our hearts forever," said Grande. "It can ignite wonder and astonishment, make us feel sadness and longing, and can even transport us to new worlds."

"Or somewhere over the rainbow, where the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true," added Erivo, quoting the lyrics of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz, made famous by the original Dorothy Gale actress Judy Garland.
