Created by Katori Hall and based on her play Pussy Valley, the drama series P-Valley takes place in Chucalissa, Mississippi, a fictional city. The plot revolves around the professional and personal lives of the employees of a strip club named The Pynk. Season 1 premiered on Starz on July 12, 2020, and Season 2 on June 3, 2022. Is there a P-Valley Season 3 release date?
The P-Valley Season 3 release date could arrive by late 2024 at the earliest.
Starz greenlit P-Valley for the third season in October 2022. Series creator Katori Hall subsequently said in a statement, “I am blessed beyond measure for this opportunity to write the next chapter of P-Valley. With its complex, dynamic, and beautifully flawed characters, this show is a love letter to marginalized communities in the American South who rarely see themselves reflected on screen, and it brings me immense joy to know that it has been embraced by folx worldwide. We wouldn’t be getting back up on that pony, without our fiercely devoted Pynk Posse. Y’all are our fire.”
Like other projects, P-Valley halted production in May 2023 due to the WGA strike. The said strike ended in September that year. There was also a SAG-AFTRA strike, which began in July and ended in November. However, in a Buzzfeed interview in February 2024, actor Nicco Annan said that he hadn’t yet returned to the set of P-Valley.
“It’s a new day, it’s a new year, it’s 2024,” the actor said. “I am sure that the doors of The Pynk will be open very soon. I am not back at work on that project. I am at work on another project that’s down in the valley and will give you all a tease and a taste of some good-good in between. But the doors of The Pynk will absolutely be open again soon.” Given that it’s only March, Season 3 can still come out by the end of this year.

Where is P-Valley Season 3 coming out?
P-Valley Season 3 is anticipated to come out on Starz in late 2024 at the earliest.
