New Look is hoping shoppers will love its on trend crop trench coat that could be perfect for slightly cooler weather this spring.
The Camel Crop Trench Jacket from New Look is part of the new Georgina Lennon Edit and will cost shoppers £45.99. The jacket itself is perfectly on trend with short trench coats being incredibly popular now. This new look item comes in a camel colour and has long sleeves which end with a belted cuff, has a buttoned fastening and revered collared neckline.
On the New Look website, the product listing states: “Cut to a cropped length, this camel trench coat offers a twist on the classic design. A lightweight finish makes it the perfect layer for spring and beyond.”

And while only a handful of shoppers left reviews, those who did gave the product an overall star rating of 4.6 with some claiming it to be a ‘gorgeous’ and ‘lovely jacket’. One shopper who left a good review said: “Gorgeous spring jacket, perfect colour and the style is so on trend.”
A second customer wrote: “Lovely…. very reasonable jacket.”
Another customer who left a five star review said: “Great jacket, good quality.”
And a fourth who left a raving review wrote: “Super on trend jacket, so pleased with it. I’m in between sizes and went for the bigger one, but the smaller would have been fine. It’s not super oversized but if you want a more fitted look then sizing down would be fine. It’s very lightweight, great for spring but not warm enough for now (early March).”
While most who left reviews loved the jacket, there was one who found it wasn’t quite to their liking, they said: “Looks nice but too thin for a jacket.”

If you’re looking for a trench jacket but prefer a slightly longer style then Marks and Spencer has a couple of options to choose from. One that plenty of shoppers are already loving is its Cotton Rich Belted Longline Trench Coat costing £79 and coming in two colours, buff and black.

And with an overall star rating of 4.7 from over 50 reviews, shoppers do appear to be loving this jacket. One said: “This is excellent value, a classic trench coat that looks far more expensive than it is. A great length and a perfect fit for me in my usual size 14. I love this coat and I am now considering buying it in the natural colour.”
A second wrote: “So delighted with this trench. Shopped around but M&S trench wins hands down, great value . I’m a size 10-12, opted for size 10 and it fits great.”
While a third said: “I've been looking for a trench coat for ages but didn't want the usual beige. I ordered this one online just to try it on, expecting to have to return it, but it looked so great on, I kept it! The price and the quality was great too.”
