Racquel Oden’s marching orders are clear: HSBC USA’s head of wealth and personal banking for the U.S. says she’s expected to generate 15% growth in annual revenue over the next five years. The key, she says, is to keep growing the business’ international client base. “We want to bank everybody around the world who has a U.S. presence in any shape, form, or fashion,” says Oden, a 27-year Wall Street veteran who joined London-based HSBC in December.
