Congratulations to 27-year-old Connor Emeny, who has done something so mind-boggling it begs the question: is he okay?

Emeny has become the first person ever to complete an Ironman Triathlon on all seven continents. He completed the feat on Antarctica’s Deception Island on February 21.

Even prior to the achievement, he held the World Record for being the youngest person to complete an Ironman on six continents. Adding the seventh—culminating a four-year journey—puts him into true icon territory.

To get to Deception Island, he had to endure a 23-day sailboat expedition that crossed the harrowingly tumultuous Drake Passage—an accomplishment in and of itself.

Ironman Triathlons are made up of three sections: a 3.9-kilometre swim, a 180.2-kilometre bike, and a 42.2-kilometre run. (Are you kidding???)

Seriously, though: hats off to Emeny. Go sleep for a week, man.
