Terms of the deal for the 31,000 square feet and a move date were not noted in a release. Neuhoff District (see here) is located on the Cumberland River at Adams and Taylor streets.

Based in Ridgeland, Miss., Butler Snow operates in Nashville from SoBro mixed-use tower The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. The firm has offices in eight states, Washington, D.C., and London.

“After a lengthy search, we concluded that Neuhoff was the best fit for our firm’s future,” Chris Maddux, Butler Snow chair, said in a release. “Neuhoff’s combination of striking architecture and the dynamic mix of retail and amenities will provide an elevated experience for both our team and our clients.”

A partnership between Stream Realty and Cushman & Wakefield represented the ownership, a partnership comprising New City, Cousins Properties and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives. Savills represented Butler Snow.

Jim Irwin, New City president, said the ownership team is "humbled" that Butler Snow has selected Neuhoff

A former meat-packing plant, Neuhoff is being reinvented to include residential, retail and office space in multiple buildings (1 million square feet) along the Cumberland River in Germantown.
