MANILA, Philippines: Supporters of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, the founding leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Crist (KOJC), rallied outside the Senate building as the Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality resumed its public hearing on the sexual abuse allegations against the KOJC head.

Sen. Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros, chairman of the committee, had filed a resolution seeking a Senate investigation into the reported cases of large-scale human trafficking, rape, sexual abuse and violence, and child abuse of Quiboloy.
