Easter Egg Swim happening Saturday at South Wood County YMCA in Wisconsin Rapids
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAW) - The YMCA in Wisconsin Rapids is putting a fun spin on Easter egg hunts. They’ll be hiding eggs that can float and sink in the rec pool on Saturday. It’s called the Easter Egg Swim. The eggs will take up the majority of the rec pool. They will even have numbers on them, so when your kids find them, they can get a prize.
“The numbers will actually coordinate to a point system or token sort of thing where they combine them. And then they can get prizes and turn them in for you know, fidgets or candy or toys, things like that,” said Chelsea Klutterman, Aquatics Director, South Wood County YMCA.
If you plan to go, you need to register and pay beforehand. There are 3 time slot options. You can sign up until Friday at midnight or until it sells out. Click here for a link to sign up.
