SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Springfield voters will decide on April 2 which of the seven candidates for school board will fill the three open seats.

A forum on Wednesday at Missouri State University will give voters a chance to hear from all candidates at the same time. This forum is going to be hosted by Paws at the Polls, a student group at Missouri State, and will be moderated by an instructor from the Communications Department.

The forum is open to the public and is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday at the Plaster Student Union on the Missouri State campus.

All seven candidates are expected to attend as they vy for three open spots including Scott Crise, Maryam Mohammadkhani, Kyler Sherman-Wilkins, Danielle Kincaid, Landon McCarter, Chad Rollins and Susan Everett Provance.

The Q&A forum will consist of questions curated by students in the group.
