Nairobi explosion: Reporter witnesses huge gas fire in Kenya

The BBC Africa's Dorcas Wangira recounts her experience witnessing the fiery blast in Kenya's capital.

Late Thursday evening a lorry carrying gas exploded in Embakasi district causing a fiery gas blast rocking the area.

At least three people were killed and hundreds injured. The government has announced that an investigation is underway.
