A Franklin County pastor, his daughter and her boyfriend are all facing assault charges.

Authorities charged Pastor Kenneth Jones, his daughter Rachel Jones, and her boyfriend Imre Balazsi with assaulting a person with a disability and false imprisonment, according to court documents.

Arrest documents accuse Jones, a long-time pastor at Highest Praise Church in Louisburg, his daughter and her boyfriend of assaulting and restraining 22-year-old Caleb Jones in February.

Court documents indicate Caleb Jones has a disability but did not specify what it is.

Kenneth Jones delivered his most recent sermon Sunday without mentioning the legal storm he is facing.

According to court documents, Kenneth Jones is accused of hitting Caleb Jones, dragging him out of a home and restraining him for an hour.

Rachel Jones is accused of hitting Caleb on the face with a belt, restraining him and holding clothing over his face, making it hard for him to breathe.

Documents state Balazsi hit Caleb, dragged him out of a home and physically restrained him.

According to arrest warrants, the incident occurred Feb. 26.

No one answered the door on Monday when WRAL News visited the Louisburg church.

WRAL reporter Shelle Jackson spoke to Rachel Jones on the phone. She refused to answer questions and told WRAL News to speak to her attorney.

The attorney said Jones denies the allegations against her and will plead not guilty.

On an Amazon listing for a book the pastor wrote listed him as an "alumni of East Carolina Bible College." The listing states Kenneth Jones has "been serving the Lord for 36 years."

All three are due in court on March 13.
