Eaton Corp. were hit with a wage-and-hour lawsuit on March 18 in California Superior Court for San Diego County pursuant to the state’s Private Attorneys General Act. The suit, brought by Pancer Law Corp., accuses the defendant of failing to pay all wages, provide meal and rest periods and reimburse business expenses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Garcia v. Eaton Corporation.
