AT&T was hit with an employment discrimination lawsuit on March 21 in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Gallardo Law Office on behalf of a customer support and sales agent who contends that he was wrongfully terminated while on FMLA leave for anxiety and depression. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-21110, Chaumont v. At&t Corp.
