Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer is launching a new multimedia ad campaign targeting thieves.
The message is being placed on billboards coming into and out of Orange County, on buses in Los Angeles and Long Beach, in text messages, and on bumper stickers. Spitzer says the message is simple: In Orange County, thieves will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
