Police believe it was a targeted shooting and say Circiumaru, whose family released his photo, was walking on the sidewalk when a single male shooter jumped out of a car and fired several times before returning to the car.

The vehicle was last seen fleeing west on King St. W. towards Queen St. N.

The shooter is described as a male, dressed in black and he was wearing a face mask while the vehicle is believed to be a newer-model, black or dark grey Honda Civic with a spoiler on the trunk.
