Customers may pack their own items or choose professional packing services.

How does All Coast Moving Group work?

To move with All Coast Moving Group, begin by calling, emailing or filling out a contact form on the company’s website. An agent should call you back within an hour. An agent will ask you some basic information about your upcoming move and set a date for a home walk-through.

All Coast Moving Group does accommodate last-minute moves; however, it recommends planning your move at least two weeks in advance.

On the day of the walk-through, the movers will make a list of all your furniture, take pictures and go over your moving needs. Be sure to mention any specific pieces of furniture you need disassembled or reassembled; All Coast Moving Group charges extra for these services.

After the walk-through, you will receive a quote via email. The quote you receive is all-inclusive, accounts for all labor costs and is good for up to one year. Customers who want to move forward with the move pay in three installments, with the first acting as a deposit.

After the move, All Coast Moving Group will set up your furniture in your new home however you’d like. Each move has a seven-day cushion before and after the moving date in case you have to reschedule your move at the last minute.

All Coast is only a broker of moving services. As a result they have no incentive to provide accurate estimates. Their incentive is to lure the consumer in with a low estimate, get their money and then the consumer has to deal with the moving company when their actual cost is double the estimated cost. Another fundamental flaw is that All Coast doesn't come to your home or use FaceTime to create their estimates. These are major flaws in their process and the customer has no leverage over them other than to write a bad review. I will never use them again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone else I know who is moving.

I hesitant to comment on my experience as I am not at my move location & don’t have my belongings. Get hard copies of contracts~ $$ price changed 3 times~ always increased. Read all the contract as changes happen so Increases won’t be such a costly surprise. Buyer beware.

Booked the move expecting a 53' trailer. Company arrived in a box truck (26') and proceeded to inform me I only had half of the truck for the move. Tried to charge me $32,0000 to get a full truck onsite. I had to be out of the house in 2 days. They were also supposed to pack the house. They didn't show up until late in the afternoon also. I had them go ahead and load the truck, while my wife and I went to get another moving truck from the local U-Haul. When we got back they said they were done. They had not even loaded the half of the truck. They left with the load, and my wife and I began filling the truck we rented. We had to leave so much behind...

We finally close on our house in Cleveland, I give the company notice several days ahead that we would be closing and we wanted our items delivered the day after. They confirm that they will be there after saying they would schedule us when they could. We are waiting at the house for the delivery. They call and tell us they would not be there till late that evening. We asked if they could wait and come in the morning, they said no, they would have to charge us for the delay.

They arrive around midnight. I take pictures of the truck load to show they did not fill it. They packed two boxes with DVDs and electronics. Both boxes show signs of getting wet, and my radio does not work properly. Once they get done unloading, they didn't have our TV and several knick knaks and a picture that is a family heirloom. I filed a complaint with CSIPros, who determined the lost TV was viable, but according to the BOL I am offered $20.88 for a 55" TV. They declined the claim for the wet boxes and not using the full amount of the truck.

I got a quote from All Coast and ended up going with another company that was local, cheaper than the original quote, and with better reviews. When I let them know they immediately started getting angry with me to the point where I had to block their number. Mysteriously after I started getting calls from a dozen moving companies who had my number and email but names like "[my first name] **" And "Mike **". It feels logical to conclude that the agent I talked to abused having my number to get back at me for saying no as retaliation. DO NOT EVEN GET A QUOTE FROM THESE GUYS.

I ordered my moving from California to Oregon with ALL Coast Moving Group. It turned out to be totally a disaster. They told me the delivery will be in 1-4 days. I also called to confirm that. All my other tasks were scheduled based on that with buffer time. But after they got the money, they sent you to another moving company and the delivery time is undetermined. If you want to contacted them again. No one care about you and talked to you very rudely & unprofessionally. Later I have to pay extra $2000 to the other moving company to secure the date to get my stuff shipped.

All Coast Moving Group lied to you about the delivery date and what they can do. This company is a fraud and should NOT be used by anyone. It has been a nightmare dealing with such an unscrupulous company. I will add additional reviews on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

If I hadn't been grieving for my deceased spouse I would have fought this company in court. Things were damaged and lost. The top portion of a beautiful, oak, lighted hutch never arrived. There were major scratches on both the bedroom dresser and matching chest of drawers. Most of my wardrobe never arrived. You hired illegal aliens that were trained to pretend they do not understand why I was irate. The workers were threatening me and did not want to give me any information. I would not recommend your company to a dead dog.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DON’T GO TO THIS COMPANY. My daughter got a job in Richmond and had to move from St. Augustine, Fl to Richmond, VA. We had a list of questions to ask for each company we had listed, and we contacted All Coast Moving Group as one of our possible selections. Several lessons and experiences of the move.

      1. All Coast Moving Group is a broker. It partners with moving companies across the country to s

      2. My daughter basically had to move a bedroom consisting of a dresser, bed frame and mattress, 2 nightstands, desk and computer and 15 boxes of clothes and stuff. We were told right away that met the low square footage “with margin”. The bid was approximately $1800.

      3. When the movers Hermes Moving and Storage Company arrived not only were we oversized but we were oversized to the tune of $1000.00. We argued that it could not be true and definitely not to the tune of the $1000 but that’s when they have you. You put down a deposit and the only option is to leave stuff behind. Lesson #2: All Coast Moving Group will lowball their bid, get your money, and then you’ll be stuck dealing with “changes” along the way.

      4. We asked when the delivery would be and we were told October 14. So, my wife and I took that week off to drive up to Richmond to help daughter unpack and get settled. We were told several times by the lady at the Boca Raton office it would be Oct 14 with no caveats. Well, she lied. The date moved to 17th, then to 26th.

Long after we had to leave to go back to work. We called to discuss why the date changed and she said if we read the contract, you would know they have 20 some days to deliver. I said but you said the 14 with no mention of the nearly month grace period. She said I should have read contract. I also shouldn’t have believed what she told me when I asked her several times. Lesson #3: All Coast Moving Group is deceptive about when you’ll get you stuff until of course they get the down payment and then they say “well you should have read contract”. Translation: We will lie to you continually so better read contract. They lady at Boca Raton was deceptive in almost everything she told us and then just said well you should have read contract. She is right about that, and she should be in prison.

      5. Hermes Moving and Storage Company, which is a contractor they use, gets terrible ratings. We had him change the arrival date several times because “he overslept”. They sent one mover (not even sure OSHA would approve one guy moving dresser up flights of stairs) and again we were surcharged not based on what was told to us by All Coast Moving Group but by Hermes having their own rules. He broke an overhead light moving a mattress that should have been lifted by two people. Total cost of move over $4000. The mover even asked my daughter to go back in 50 ft truck and see if she could find her things. Not! Lesson #4: All Coast Moving Group has subpar contractors and doesn’t really care who they pick to move your stuff. They lowball then gouge you all the way to destination. I would not trust them to move air five feet.

Do NOT use this company. They will low ball you to get your down payment then do an in inventory with you and double the price. Then when they come to get your stuff and drop it off they will charge yet more. They got over $5k out of me and left a bunch of my stuff in Montana. When they came to get my stuff they tried charging 3k more and when I refused and told them to offload my stuff and fired them they drove off with my stuff and the police will tell you it’s a civil matter and do nothing to stop them.

They have held my items hostage for about a month now and are trying to charge me another $1100 more, after leaving half of my items, what a joke. I refused to pay anything more and now they are going to continue to hold my items hostage and charge storage fees. I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and Lawyering up. I wish I would have known how shady this company was in advance. I am sure the reviews on their site are not from real customers as I have since found many of the same complaints about how shady this company does business. They are a bunch of thieves and the guy who picked my stuff up looked like he was on drugs. Run. Run away from this company and don’t look back.
