2024 NBA Championship odds: Celtics favored for Finals; Nuggets closing in

NBA playoffs are underway and Boston is still the favorite to win the title.

The Celtics finished the regular season with the best record in the league at 64-18. They are also the -250 favorites to win the Eastern Conference.

While Boston is at the top of the board, Denver is a team to watch.

The Nuggets defeated the Lakers 101-99 on a wild buzzer beater by Jamal Murray in Game 2 of the first round and saw their odds move to +240 from +290.
