The firm, headed by founder Nancy Almodovar and an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, hired Jenny and Chris Elmi from the Elmi Group, and Elise Repa and Jeni Mitchell from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to launch its division in The Woodlands. Starting March 25, they will office out of the Life Time Work Shenandoah coworking space, but Nan has plans for a permanent space in The Woodlands. It will join its three other locations, in Houston’s Galleria area, the Heights and Galveston.
