Police are thanking bystanders who rushed to help after a collision in a Florida intersection.

The Daytona Beach Police Department said the crash happened Tuesday at the intersection of International Speedway Boulevard and Fentress.

The crash caused an SUV to flip on its side. After several people witnessed the crash, a group of good Samaritans stopped and flipped the car upright again.

A video posted by police shows the SUV turning left when it collides with another SUV going straight. The turning SUV then spins and flips onto its side and the other vehicle stops in the middle of the intersection.

No one gets out of the SUV as traffic continues to go by but one-by-one, drivers begin to stop and people rush to help.

Eight people, including one from the crash who remained upright, are seen rocking the vehicle for a few moments before it lands on four wheels again.

"This is the spirit of Daytona Beach," police wrote on Facebook. "Thank you to all the helpful passersby who stopped to lend a hand."

Luckily, no one was seriously hurt in the crash.
