A former employee of the Trump Organization — and a winner of "The Apprentice" TV show — says ex-president Donald Trump could be dragged into court again because he won't change his behavior in the wake of being fined $354 million in New York A.G. Letitia James' fraud case against him.

After the verdict was handed down by Judge Arthur Engoron, who also banned Donald Trump from running businesses in New York for three years, Trump called the trial a "witch hunt" and the outcome "illegal."

According to Dr. Randall Pinkett, who was the 2005 winner of the reality TV show, Trump will face more trials like the one in New York because he won't change his business practices.

"Do I expect to see more cases? Yes. Let me be clear as to why there will be more cases," Pinkett told the Daily Express "I don't expect Donald to change his behavior. Look at how difficult it was for him to keep his mouth shut with E. Jean Carroll, he couldn't do it."

"My point is that there will be more cases because it is very difficult for Donald to change his behavior because he has lived with this privilege all his life," Pinkett continued. "He believes he can do and say what he wants. But he cannot. The cases will come, he will continue to have these tussles in the courtroom as long as he stays true to who he is."

Pinkett went on to say that running for president again will likely destroy Trump's business empire.

"This is the reason some people say they don't want to go into politics, because they don't want the heightened attention and heightened scrutiny on their lives. It could be because they are private people, or could be because they have skeletons in the closet. Donald is definitely more the latter."

Judge Arthur Engoron last week ordered Trump to pay more than $350 million for what he said was a widespread pattern of financial fraud at the Trump Organization. Trump has attacked the verdict and is vowing to appeal.

Trump prosecutor Letitia James praised the ruling as important for equal justice under the law, averring that all are equal under the law and "former presidents are no exception."

"The scale and scope of Donald Trump's fraud is staggering -- and so, too, is his ego and his belief that the rules don't apply to him," James said.
