WACO, Texas (KWTX) - An 18-year-old student is being held at the McLennan County Jail after a 15-year-old girl reported she was sexually assaulted after school at University High School on March 21, a criminal complaint affidavit states.

Lahrenz Ezekial Levi Dubose is charged with sexual assault of a child, per the document and online jail records.

On March 22, the Waco Independent School District Police Department was alerted by staff that the 15-year-old girl made an outcry and claimed that, on the previous evening, “her and an 18-year-old student engaged in sexual activity at an after school campus event,” the affidavit states.

During a forensic interview, the girl said she and the student, whom she identified as Dubose, were sitting in front of the school when Dubose told her he wanted to show her his “secret spot,” the document states.

As the girl and Dubose walked to the exterior area of the school, the girl told Dubose she no longer wanted to go, but Dubose “held the victim’s hand and pulled her along with him,” police wrote in the affidavit.

Once they arrived at the secret area, Dubose removed the girl’s pants and sexually assaulted her despite the victim telling him to stop and attempting to push him away multiple times, the affidavit states.

Online records show Dubose is being held on a $20,000 bond.

University High School is located at 3200 South New Road in Waco.
