A school bus and a van were involved in a head-on crash on Friday. Marion County Fire Rescue says they were called to Northeast Highway 315 around 2:21 p.m.Florida Highway Patrol said a 16-year-old driver of the van crossed the center line, leading to a head-on crash with one school bus. About 36 students were on that school bus, according to troopers. FHP said in a crash report that two students on that school bus were taken to the hospital, and the driver of the van was also taken to the hospital.The teen driving the van had serious injuries.Troopers said debris from the crash hit a second school bus carrying 33 kids, but no one on that bus was injured.
