"I thought that I would be able to add value to a firm and to provide services to people who want to resolve their disputes out of court."

After serving on the federal bench for nearly two decades, retired U.S. District Judge Noel Hillman of the District of New Jersey has been named as chair of Gibbons’ alternative dispute resolution practice.
Gibbons announced Hillman’s return to private practice March 1. In addition to leading the firm’s ADR practice, Hillman will provide counsel in the firm’s white collar and investigations group working. He will serve the New York, Newark and Philadelphia offices.
