It was all about dance, music and art as the fifth edition of Bennett University’s annual cultural fest, Uphoria 2024, kicked off in Greater Noida on Friday.
Based on the theme of Band Baaja Baarat, the first day of the event saw students participating in competitions for classical dance, solo singing, sketching, and theatre. The judges for the day were Bharatanatyam exponent Kumari Devayani and actor-prenuer Ankush Verma.
While the soulful vocal renditions by participants had the audience captivated, the unscripted, improv performances by drama enthusiasts got loud applause.

For the Prom Night, students turned up dressed in their finest. Romantic soundtracks like Tum Se Hi from Jab We Met and Ed Sheeran’s Perfect added to the dreamy ambience of the night.
