Katie Price to fight US star in Misfits boxing match – but mum-of-five, 45, already has her losing speech prepared

KATIE Price has revealed she is set to enter the boxing ring against an opponent 20 years younger than her - and she fully expects to lose.

The former glamour model confirmed she has completed the necessary medical checks and is gearing up to face off against a Jersey Shore star in a bout for Misfits boxing.

Misfits is a crossover boxing promotion founded by English YouTuber KSI and run by singer Mams Taylor, and brothers Kalle and Nisse Sauerland.

The exhibition fights feature popular influencers and are attracting a new online audience to boxing who have never followed the sport before.

Katie, who turns 46 in May, said: "I'm hoping to do this Misfits boxing fight.

The mum of five said she's been shown pictures of her potential opponent but can't remember her name.

She added on the Anything Goes podcast: "I've already got my saying if I lose, my saying would be 'Well, I should hope you win, I'm f***ing 46 with five kids - how old are you in your twenties? I should hope you f***ing have won'.

"That's if I lose."

American reality show Jersey Shore first landed on MTV in December 2009 and ran to the end of 2012.

It followed the lives of eight housemates at a holiday home in New Jersey for four series.

Two additional series were set in South Beach, Florida, and Florence, Italy.

But in 2017 there was a TV special called Reunion Road Trip: Return to the Jersey Shore which aired on the E! network.

In 2018 the cast with one exception reunited in Miami, Florida, for a new series titled Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

A spin-off series, All Star Shore, was released on June 29, 2022.
