Driver killed in early morning crash in Paterson

An unidentified driver was killed in a crash on East 33rd Street near Park Avenue in Paterson early Wednesday morning, according to the Paterson Police Department.

Police responded to reports of a crash at about 12:54 a.m. after a driver collided with two parked vehicles, which in turn damaged another two parked vehicles.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity is being held pending family notification.

This crash is currently under investigation by the Paterson Police Department Traffic Unit.
