The Lobby is famous for serving traditional English-style Afternoon Tea, reminiscent of Hong Kong's colonial era, and you can also enjoy this experience on weekends on The Peninsula x Star Ferry Culinary Voyage. A primary adult beverage you'll find available outside of the delicious tea offering is their private label Champagne bottling, made in conjunction with Champagne Deutz. In the past they have also created a private label bottling from English sparkling wine producer Coates & Seely in the South of England, outside of Whitchurch.
