Two injured in rollover crash southeast of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two people were injured Monday night in a crash in rural Lancaster County.

The crash was reported a little after 10 p.m. at Nebraska Highway 43 and Stagecoach Road, about 5 miles south of Bennet.

A man at the scene told a Channel 8 reporter that the driver, his teenage daughter, swerved to avoid something that had run into the road.

The vehicle rolled over.

The driver’s friend was in the car with her, the dad said.

Both were taken to a hospital, but he said they are expected to be OK.
