In her video, Rabia Carvalho (@lifecoach.rabia) broke down the four DIY skincare mask recipes she swears by to tackle everything from hyperpigmentation to wrinkles.

"We are talking about pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, expression lines, warts, skin tags, and acne recipes," the TikToker told her viewers.

"They are great recipes for rejuvenation of the skin because garlic is high in phosphorus, zinc, selenium, and calcium.

"Not only that but it helps the skin to produce its own collagen."

For all of her recipes, Rabia peeled a clove of garlic and left it in a glass of water overnight before draining.

Her first recipe was targeted toward skin tags and warts, helping to reduce and remove them.

Rabia began by squeezing fresh lemon juice onto her soaked garlic clove.

"That’s a great one for skin tags and warts as well as to lighten the skin," she said.

She recommended adding a teaspoon of honey to soften the acidity if you have dry skin.

"Leave it on your skin for 20 minutes or leave it on the wart or skin tag for half an hour and then you can wash it off," Rabia advised.

She also showed her followers how to create a homemade facial for pigmentation.

This time she soaked two garlic cloves in water overnight before draining and mixing them with a tablespoon of castor oil and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Rabia explained that this recipe helps to brighten dark undereye circles.

"Place it on the area and leave it for 20 minutes, use it two to three times a week," she recommended.

Next, she explained how to rejuvenate the skin and reduce scarring with another garlic recipe.

Rabia began by adding rose water to her pre-soaked fresh garlic cloves.

"Rose water is brilliant for the skin and you’re going to add two tablespoons of honey, that’s going to help with any fungi that you may have," she explained.

She gave examples of pityriasis versicolor and melasma from aging.

"It’s also particularly good for scars so if you’ve got scarring on your face and want to lighten it, then you can use that," she said.

Rabia recommended substituting Vitamin E oil for rose water if your scarring is recent.

Finally, she shared the "motherload mask of all masks that fights all wrinkles."

First, she soaked four cloves of garlic in 34 ounces of water for 12 to 24 hours.

Rabia then added a teaspoon of bentonite clay to the drained cloves.

"Bentonite clay is clay that is made from the ashes of a volcano," she explained.

The volcano ash settles on the ocean bed and absorbs various acids before it is harvested and purified.

"To that you’re going to add as much rose water as is needed to make a paste, normally about a quarter cup to half a cup," Rabia told her viewers.

"Lastly, add two tablespoons of honey so it’s enough to last you for two or three uses."

She recommended using the mixture for 20 minutes two to three times a week.
