If you're bored with serving the same classic carrot cake, then you have come to the right place. We've gathered more than a dozen of our favorite carrot dessert recipes, and yes, a few are traditional carrot cake recipes, but most are fun riffs on the format. (We even have one recipe known as the "Oddball Carrot Cake.") They are perfect ways to end a big Easter meal, but equally welcome year-round at all sorts of occasions, from showers to birthdays.
