Ahoy there mateys! If you’re heading to the supermarket and want to pick up something tasty for dinner, then perhaps fish fingers with a side of Playmobil might be the answer?

In a collaboration we definitely didn’t have on our 2024 bingo cards, Playmobil, the much-loved toy manufacturer, has announced an exciting new partnership with Birdseye. As part of the special promotion, you can claim a mini Playmobil Captain Birdseye when you buy two packs of fish finers.

Aye aye, cap’n

The partnership has come about because on 1 April Birdseye is launching NEW mini fish fingers. The little bites come in boxes of 20, and when you buy two boxes you can claim your very own little Playmobil Captain Birdseye complete with beard, hat and even a teensy pair of binoculars.

Adam Moore, the Marketing Communications Manager for Playmobil, expressed his excitement about partnering with the iconic brand Birdseye, saying: ‘Birdseye Fish Fingers have been a classic dinner table staple for generations, particularly during kids’ mealtimes. This collaboration is happening at the perfect time, as Playmobil is celebrating its 50th anniversary of bringing play to generations of children.’

How can I claim my free Playmobil?

The offer runs from April 1 to June 30 and to get your free mini Captain Birdseye, all you need to do is buy two packs of new mini fish fingers. Then, head to the Birdseye website where you can claim your toy.

What are the new mini fish fingers?

Launching in supermarkets this month, Birdseye’s newest offering come in 320g boxes and contain 20 mini fish fingers per box. They cost £3.50 a pack but we’ve spotted them on a deal at Tesco and they’re just £3 if you have a Tesco Clubcard.
