The reality star, 35, went makeup free and dressed in a casual tracksuit while picking up some Chick-fil-A.

She looked a little downcast as she stepped out after her close pal Wendy Williams' dementia diagnosis last week.

As she headed out, the model teamed her black jumper and comfy trousers with yellow socks and trainers and wore her short tresses slicked back.

Chyna's long-standing friendship with Wendy was shown in her new Lifetime documentary - amid the devastating news of her dementia diagnosis.

In one scene from Where Is Wendy Williams?, Wendy was particularly unguarded as she took off her wig to have a chat with Chyna.

The 59-year-old talk show host seemed to be having a tearful heart-to-heart, but the conversation took a disturbing turn when Williams began speaking in seeming non sequiturs, as if she wasn't fully engaged in the conversation.

It comes as Williams' sister, niece and brother spoke out about her struggles with mental health and alcohol abuse, which are extensively documented in the film.

The family trio revealed that Williams is living in a treatment facility to this day, where they have no access to her unless she chooses to give them a phone call.

Wendy and Chyna appeared to be sitting on a sofa in the Wendy Williams Show host's apartment.

Chyna confessed that she had been 'recently changing my life' since the two last spoke, and she attributed the positive changes to her mentorship.

'You've always been honest with me and put me in my place in the most motherly, kind way,' the former partner of Rob Kardashian confessed. 'Because even when I was going through my darkest times, you never used that against me.

'And that's how you know that the love is genuine, and it's always gonna be there,' she continued, adding that she would always 'be there' for Wendy.

'You can call my phone whenever. I'm so serious,' Chyna (real name: Angela Renée White) said.

She was also looking forward to spending more time with Wendy in the near future.

'And I think I'm gonna be back and forth from New York, so I'm gonna see you more,' she said optimistically.

But Wendy's concerning response didn't make it clear if she had heard or understood anything Chyna said.

'Well my real name is Wendy Hunter,' the talk show host confessed, using her married name.

She had been married to her second husband, Kevin Hunter, from 1999 until 2020, when they divorced after he fathered a child with another woman.

Chyna repeated Wendy's last name as if to take in the information.

'Yup! And I'm divorced,' Wendy continued. 'He's got no money.'

Chyna followed along with affirmative statements after each of Wendy's statements, though the smile she previously displayed was wiped from her face.

Although Wendy's response didn't seem to have much to do with their conversation, she may have intended it to be a form of confession to her friend.

Chyna wiped away any tension by declaring, 'I love you,' as she appeared to tear up.

'So do I,' Wendy whispered as a soft smile spread across her face, before Chyna leaned over on the couch to give her a hug.

Wendy continued smiling. She who was decked out in a beige Gucci coat with black fur trim and matching leggings, and she sported her natural hair after removing one of the glamorous wigs she's known for.

Relations between the two women haven't always been as cordial as they were in the documentary clip, which would have been filmed sometime between August of 2022 and April of 2023, when filming of Wendy ended with her entrance into a treatment facility.

Gossip about Chyna was once a common occurrence on Williams' eponymous show, but the two appeared to have a thaw in relations after Chyna appeared on the show in 2020.

'We talk about you a lot on Hot Topics,' Wendy said, which wasn't a surprise to the former OnlyFans model. 'You're very controversial.'

'Thank you,' Chyna sheepishly replied, which got a hearty round of applause and laughter from the studio audience.

At the time, Wendy was interested in a report from TMZ that Chyna's former stylist had thrown soda cans at her car after a dispute.

The stylist later claimed to police that Chyna had wielded a knife at her, which she denied, though the stylist appeared to be seen in video throwing the cans at the luxury vehicle.

She had previously taped what would be her final episode of The Wendy Williams Show, though the series would continue in late 2021 and into 2022 with a rotating series of guest hosts filling in for her.

Where the documentary's camera crew expected to find the host getting back into the swing of things, they instead found her battling an alleged alcohol addiction and other health conditions, including Graves disease, an autoimmune disorder that can lead to hyperthyroidism and bulging eyes, and lymphedema, in which a blocked lymphatic system allows fluid to swell up in the body, particularly in the legs and feet.

The crew stopped filming in April 2023 after Williams went into a treatment facility for alleged 'cognitive issues.'

Despite the concerning portrait from the film, Williams is listed as an executive producer on it.
