Woman sexually assaulted after being promised English lessons: Police

Toronto Police have made an arrest in a sexual assault investigation involving three incidents.
On Feb. 13 at 9 p.m., a victim contacted police to report three sexual assaults.
Police said the suspect allegedly frequents public libraries, where he met the victim and told her that he would teach her English.
The person then convinced the victim to go to his house, where they allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on two separate occasions at a residence in the Bloor St.-Brock Ave. area.
A third sexual assault allegedly happened at a commercial building in the Yonge-Wellington Sts. area.
Cong Thanh Pham, 34, of Toronto, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault.
Investigators said they are concerned there may be more victims.
