A month after they announced their engagement, Ria Atayde and Zanjoe Marudo have tied the knot! The couple got hitched in an intimate civil ceremony at the Quezon City Hall.
Fun fact: their wedding date—March 23—was made even more special because it was also Ria's birthday!
LOOK: Ria Atayde Was A Gorgeous Bride At Her Civil Wedding Ceremony
Nice Print Photo has shared several stunning photos of the special day, and a few of them include the newlyweds posing with their wedding rings.
Ria was a glowing bride in a stunning silk dress by designer Martin Bautista. Ria's civil wedding ensemble had puffy off-shoulder sleeves featuring a flattering drape and a sweetheart neckline.
Makeup artist Denise Ochoa made Ria a blushing bride, keeping her glam sweet and ~*flushed*~ thanks to the pink tones in her eyeshadow and cheeks. Meanwhile, hairstylist Anton Papa styled her dark locks into loose, romantic waves.
Florist Kyno Kho designed Ria's wedding bouquet. ""As requested, all phalaenopsis #kynofied bridal bouquet," her IG Stories read. ICYDK, phalaenopsis are also known as moth orchids! They symbolize love, fertility and elegance—the perfect gift for well-wishes!
Kyno was also responsible for the "simple and classic setup" of the couple's wedding reception—and she nailed it!

Ria's parents Sylvia Sanchez and Art Atayde were visibly thrilled over their's daughter happiness, and her sister Gela Atayde (clad in a smart cape blazer over an all-white fit) couldn't stop beaming from ear to ear. Aww!
Meanwhile, Zanjoe looked like a dapper gentleman, dressed in a classic black tuxedo. He kept the look slightly less formal with an open collar and no tie.
ICYMI, Zanjoe had a special guest at his civil wedding—his late mother, Rosanna Acuesta. Rosanna passed away in 2018, and he kept her close to his heart (literally!) by having his father Zosimo Marudo pin a memorial lapel boutonniere.
It was clearly an emotional moment for the father-son duo, because they shared a heartfelt embrace after.
Congratulations on becoming newlyweds, Ria and Zanjoe!
