To purchase a table, please follow these steps:

Prior to May 8: Set up/Confirm Your DCRC Account

Dublin residents interested in purchasing a table must verify their residency and have an active account with the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC). Check your current account status or activate a free one beforehand. Once your residency is verified, staff members will update your household’s status within one to two business days.

May 13-14: Register for Table Sale

Dublin residents with an active DCRC account can register for the table sale starting 10 a.m. May 13. Registration will end at midnight on May 14. Starting May 15, confirmed registrants will be separated into groups and notified of their assigned time slot for the online table sale, scheduled later that week. The earlier a resident registers, the earlier they can purchase a table once the sale is.

May 16-17: Online Table Sale

On the day of the assigned timeslot, registrants will be emailed a ticket sales link. Upon selecting and purchasing a table, tickets will be emailed to the buyer. Individual tickets can be transferred to other guests electronically. Reserved Table wristbands can be picked up in advance at the DCRC during select dates, and they will be distributed at the event.
