Teresa Giudice Joins Season 2 of E!'s House of Villains (Exclusive)

Teresa Giudice has officially stepped into her villain era.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 51, has joined the cast of E!'s House of Villains for its second season, PEOPLE can exclusively report.

Giudice will be joined by a slew of reality stars, which Entertainment Weekly revealed later Wednesday. Those include Survivor's first-ever winner (and first-ever villain) Richard Hatch, three-time champion of The Challenge Wes Bergmann, Jessie Godderz (Big Brother), Kandy Muse (RuPaul's Drag Race, RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars) and Victoria Larson, who appeared on Matt James' season of The Bachelor in 2021, and later on Bachelor in Paradise.

Tiffany "New York" Pollard, of Flavor of Love fame, will return for another season of the show, too. Rounding out the cast are Larissa Lima (90 Day Fiancé), Camilla Poindexter (Bad Girls Club) and Safaree (Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta).

Filming on the series began in late February. It's the first non-Housewives-related reality series Giuidice has been a part of since her time on Dancing with the Stars in 2022 and in the 2012 season of The Celebrity Apprentice before that.

The mother of four has long maintained that she is not a reality TV villain, despite being pegged that by some of her rival New Jersey Housewives over the years. "I'm really nice — like, I'm the sweetest, nicest person you'll ever meet," she told PEOPLE in 2019. "These girls always coming for me, but I'm not the one fighting with them, you know? They are fighting with me!"

But Giudice has still found herself in the conflict on RHONJ over the years, and she's been behind one of the most iconic moments in reality TV history: when she flipped at table at Danielle Staub in the season 1 finale of the Bravo series, and called her a "prostitution whore." (As it happens, Staub appeared on House of Villains' first season as a guest star.)

The E! reality show gathers 10 reality TV villains under one roof to compete for a $200,000 prize and the title of "America’s Ultimate Supervillain."

Tanisha Thomas of Bad Girls Club fame was named the winner of the 10-episode reality show's debut season.

She beat out 90 Day Fiancé's Anfisa Arkhipchenko, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio from The Challenge, Love Is Blind's Shake Chatterjee, Survivor's Jonny Fairplay, Bobby Lytes of Love & Hip Hop: Miami, The Bachelor's Corinne Olympios, Omarosa Manigault Newman from The Apprentice, Flavor of Love's Tiffany “New York” Pollard and Jax Taylor from Vanderpump Rules.

Host Joel McHale confirmed in a January interview with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly on the 2023 Emmy Awards red carpet that a second season of House of Villains was coming.

"It was bananas, it was Johnny Bananas," the 52-year-old comedian said of filming the show's first season. "The energy coming off of that group could power a large city. We didn’t know what was gonna happen. You get Tanisha and Johnny Bananas and Omarosa and Jonny Fairplay, and it was really great.”

He went on to say that hosting the series took a lot because the energy of the group was "nuclear powered."

"It was super fun. They were a really good group," he said, joking that season 2 should have the same cast. "I say take the same cast and just have them continue to compete."
