Crash traps multiple people in minivan in Dayton; 2 taken to hospital

DAYTON — At least two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Dayton.

Montgomery County Regional dispatch confirmed police and medics are responding to the crash in the area of Hunter Avenue and Ewing Street.

Photos from the scene show two vehicles, including a blue car, involved. The other vehicle is on its top.

At least four medics were requested, according to dispatch.

Police on the scene told News Center 7 that three people had to be removed from one of the vehicles.

Two people were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
