Owner and Founder Josh Campbell is a fourth generation mechanical contractor and just celebrated 10 years in business.
The company acquired Texas Green in November 2021 and Campbell merged Rescue Air and Plumbing with Texas Plumbing last year to provide a wider range of services to his customers.

“One thing we do for families in need is that we work when the ice storms come through,” Campbell said. A lot of companies shut down. We're on the roads. We're getting to our customers. We're one of the few companies that no matter rain, sleet or snow we're open.”

“We're very attentive,” Campbell said. “We pay attention to all the details. If we get a one-star review, that's just an opportunity to build my company better.”
Rescue Air and Plumbing is committed to addressing customer concerns promptly, and Campbell said he takes time to call customers with negative feedback and listens patiently to their concerns.
“Half of the time, they just want somebody to listen because they don't want somebody else to go through a bad experience like they may have had,” Campbell said. “You figure out what you can do or change.”
