UPDATE:Lanes have reopened on I-75.A crash has shut down I-75 southbound before Mitchell Avenue Thursday.It happened around 9 a.m. along I-75 before the Mitchell Avenue Exit.The Ohio Department of Transportation says traffic is stop and go back to Paddock Road.Drivers are advised to find an alternate route.
