LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Chicken Salad Chick is coming to St. Matthews.
Construction crews are putting finishing touches on a location at Oxmoor Center on Shelbyville Road.
This will be the chain's fourth location in the Louisville area. The restaurant is known for its variety of chicken salad options, including buffalo, barbecue and more.
Chicken Salad Chick also has a famous pimento cheese that you can get solo or on a sandwich.
The new restaurant at the mall will open April 24. The owners are already hiring for full and part time positions.
Chicken Salad Chick's other locations in Louisville are located at:
- 12009 Shelbyville Road in Middletown
- 7706 Bardstown Road in in Fern Creek
- 15210 Veterans Parkway in Jeffersonville, Indiana
