Amsterdam receives $10 million for water infrastructure upgrades

The state Department of Environmental Conservation is joining with the city of Amsterdam to celebrate $10 million in state funding.
It is part of the state’s investment in making sure everyone has clean water, according to leaders.
The money comes from Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
