Coronation Street fans are convinced they've figured out missing Lauren Bolton's fate on the cobbles.
Soap fans will recall that troubled youngster Lauren abruptly left the cobbles earlier this year and love interest Bobby has been left concerned after he found her flat unlocked with Lauren nowhere to be seen. Soap fans never saw Lauren leave and it seems she told no one close to her of her plan to leave Weatherfield aside from Roy Cropper.
Bobby reported Lauren as missing to the police and Roy has found himself under suspicion due to his kind nature, especially after he was caught innocently cleaning Lauren's flat, which some people thought proved he was guilty and he was recently wrongly arrested on suspicion of murdering his former employee.
As Lauren's disappearance grips the cobbles' residents and soap viewers, the ITV soap offered more hints on Friday night. During the latest episode, Bobby was left upset after he found an article online about Lauren doing O-Vidz, where he showed Max Turner, who was confused about how the press found out. Bobby suggested it could be Max's girlfriend Sabrina as the boys set out in search of her.
After speaking to Sabrina, the youngster assured Max and Bobby that it wasn't her who told the press about Lauren's account and she was offended that they thought she would do that. Sabrina then stormed off, leaving Max feeling very guilty. Later, Sabrina called round to tell a devastated Max that she can't be with someone who doesn't trust her and it's over between them. With their relationship over, could this be the last viewers see of Sabrina?
Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers wondered whether Sabrina was helping Lauren hide as prior to her disappearance Lauren had a mystery boyfriend and also sparked concern with bruises on her arms. One person said: "Sabrina is hiding Lauren which is why she's dumped Max. #corrie", a different account put: "I reckon Sabrina knows where Lauren is #corrie", another person said: "Sabrina knows something... #Corrie" while a different fan added: "Sabrina is definitely hiding Lauren. She's very shifty looking. #corrie."
