NASCAR Cup Series at COTA: Starting lineup, TV schedule for Sunday's race
The NASCAR Cup Series takes to the winding Circuit of the Americas road course for Sunday's EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix.
During Saturday's practice and qualifying sessions, many drivers had disallowed lap times for exceeding track limits. On Saturday, that means the lap time is tossed. On Sunday, that could result in a pass-through penalty.
William Byron is on the pole for Sunday's race. Among the surprises: Corey Lajoie made the final 10 after a strong lap in Group A of the first round of qualifying, topping AJ Allmendinger and Shane van Gisbergen.
