Rodney Jones, known as Lil Rod, added Cuba Gooding Jr. to his sexual assault complaint against Sean "Diddy" Combs on Monday.

The music producer accused the actor of "sexually harassing and assaulting" him in the latest lawsuit. He added that Gooding was "touching, groping, and fondling" him during a yacht party thrown by Combs in January of last year in the US Virgin Islands.

This new addition to his civil case comes a day after Combs' Miami and Los Angeles houses were raided by Homeland Security. Footage from the raid showed various individuals in handcuffs.

Jones' lawsuit - obtained by FOX News - alleged that he "was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr. Gooding Jr." It continued: "He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away."

This is not the first time that Gooding has been accused of sexual assault. In June of 2023, he was set to appear in court over accusations of rape but a settlement was reached before it could go to court.

In the original lawsuit against Combs, Jones claimed that the producer sexually assaulted him and forced him to perform sex acts with prostitutes. In response, Diddy's lawyers told TMZ: "Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines."

Yesterday, federal agents raided Diddy's homes in Miami and Los Angeles. During the raid in Los Angeles, FOX11 caught footage of individuals being handcuffed and surrounded by armored officers. The raid is reportedly connected to an investigation into Diddy regarding sex trafficking.

A representative for Homeland Security said in a statement to The Mirror: "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."

The Mirror has reached out for comment from Diddy and Gooding.
