A sinkhole on Interstate 5 in Sacramento County is causing traffic delays on Friday night, according to Caltrans. Caltrans said the No. 2 lane of Northbound I-5 is closed at Twin Cities Road due to the sinkhole. Traffic is backed up to Thornton Road, Caltrans said.
