GREEN BAY – Brown County residents selected to receive individual-game Green Bay Packers tickets this year will get invoices in the next couple of days.

Two thousand more fans will get tickets this year because the Packers host nine home games instead of the normal eight, a result of the NFL's 17-games schedule that annually alternates an extra home game between conferences.

All tickets are priced at $135. Payment is due by April 12. Residents who buy tickets will receive notification by mid-June of which game they will receive.

A couple of things for those fans to consider as they decide whether to make a purchase:

Packers restrict resale of tickets to enhance home field advantage

Tickets are only available digitally and they cannot be resold on secondary market sites. The tickets can be transferred digitally to other fans, which means ticket buyers can make direct sales to other fans or give the tickets to family or friends.

The team said it restricts resale of these tickets to enhance home field advantage and also to ensure Packers fans are sitting in the designated seats each game. The Packers also restrict reselling of standing-room-only tickets, but not season tickets.

If residents chosen in the first drawing do not purchase all available tickets, a second drawing may be held, and a second round of invoices sent. Over the years, the Packers reduced the number of available tickets because of declining sales.

The Brown County drawing started after county voters agreed to pay a 0.5% sales tax to fund the renovation of Lambeau Field in 2003.

Fans won't get preseason games two years in a row

Fans who received tickets in 2023 for a preseason game and are selected again this year will be guaranteed tickets to a regular-season game.

Residents selected for a preseason game will receive a refund of the $67 difference between the regular-season price and the preseason price. To expedite the refund, fans are encouraged to pay the invoice with a credit card.

The Packers will host nine games at Lambeau Field this season. The NFL will release schedules in early May. The teams the Packers face at home this year are Minnesota, Chicago, Detroit, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers.

Fans can register for the Brown County drawing at any time

Fans can sign up for the annual drawing at packers.com/browncounty or by going to the Packers ticket office, the Packers Pro Shop or the guest services desk in the Lambeau Field Atrium. Registration is accepted throughout the year. Fans who previously registered do not need to contact the Packers again unless they have changed their address.
