TAYLOR HERNANDEZ, WPBF 25 NEWS. TAYLOR. THANK YOU. TONIGHT, A WOMAN, HER SON AND HER BOYFRIEND ARE CHARGED WITH SEXUALLY ABUSING TWO CHILDREN AND STREAMING THAT ABUSE LIVE. A JUDGE CALLS THIS CASE ONE OF THE MOST SHOCKING. HE HAS SEEN IN 25 YEARS. ON THE BENCH. OUR INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER, TERRI PARKER JOINS US. TERRI, INVESTIGATORS SAY THE ABUSE WAS RECORDED AND STREAMED TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. RIGHT. THOSE TWO VERY YOUNG VICTIMS TELLING POLICE THAT THE WOMAN AND HER BOYFRIEND WOULD ACTUALLY LIVE STREAM THEIR SEXUAL ABUSE OF THE TWO CHILDREN TO ANONYMOUS PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET FOR MONEY. AND THEY ALSO SAID THAT WHILE THIS WAS HAPPENING, THAT THEY WERE IN TOTAL DISCOMFORT. BUT THE JUDGE, DONALD HALFHILL, SAYING THAT THAT AFTER ALL HIS MANY LONG YEARS ON THE BENCH, HE’D NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. THE SHOCKING OF THIS COURT’S CONSCIOUS, MA’AM, IS IS RARE, STEMMING FROM THE FACT THAT THIS COURT HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO PUBLIC SERVICE FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS, I’VE SEEN JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. SO TO SHOCK THE COURTS, CONSCIENCE IS, FRANKLY, A DIFFICULT PROPOSITION AT THIS STAGE OF THIS COURT’S CAREER. WHILE CASSINI, A 38 YEAR OLD ULTRASOUND TECHNICIAN, APPEARED IN COURT ON CAPITAL CHILD SEX CHARGES ACCUSED OF ABUSING TWO CHILDREN, THE YOUNGEST WELL UNDER TEN YEARS OLD. THE EXTENT OF THIS IS PROBABLY NEVER GOING TO BE KNOWN. CASSINI’S BOYFRIEND, RYAN LONDONO, FACES THE SAME CHARGES OF NOT ONLY FORCING THE CHILDREN INTO SEX ACTS BUT ALLEGEDLY PERFORMING ON CAMERA FOR ANONYMOUS PEOPLE TO WATCH ON VARIOUS STREAMING PLATFORMS. AS WITH CASSINI JUDGE JOHN HALFHILL SET NO BOND ON THE CAPITAL SEX CHARGES. YOU’RE NOT TO HAVE CONTACT WITH ANYONE UNDER THE 18. IF YOU EVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN. CASSINI’S 20 YEAR OLD SON, MATTHEW CASSINI, ALSO FACING CHARGES OF HAVING SEX WITH A MINOR CHILDREN. ALTHOUGH HE WAS NOT CHARGED WITH FILMING THE ACTS. I DON’T BELIEVE THAT THERE WERE ANY ALLEGATIONS, THOUGH, THAT MR. CASSINI WAS INVOLVED IN ANY OF THE ALLEGED FILMING OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT IS AN ALLEGATION JUDGE IS BASICALLY ACTUAL INTERCOURSE WITH THE CHILD. CASSINI SHAKING HIS HEAD AS HE LISTENED TO THE CHARGES AGAINST HIM. ACCORDING TO THE ARREST WARRANT, THE FBI WAS ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION AND RAIDED CASSINI’S HOUSE TUESDAY, WHERE THEY FOUND RING CAMERAS, TRIPODS AND OTHER ITEMS THEY ALLEGE WERE USED TO RECORD THE SEXUAL ABUSE. CASSINI’S LAWYER POINTED OUT NO VIDEOS WERE FOUND, BUT THE JUDGE NOTED 33 VIDEOS WERE ERASED FROM ONE ONLINE PLATFORM THE DAY BEFORE THE RAID, AND HE CONTINUED EXPRESSING HIS OUTRAGE OVER THE ALLEGATIONS. THE DEPLORABLE NATURE OF THESE ALLEGATIONS SUSTAIN THE COURT’S DETERMINATION. AND THAT JUDGE AGAIN IN SAYING NO BOND ON THOSE MOST SERIOUS CHARGES. SO THE THREE DO REMAIN IN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY JAIL TONIGHT. I DID REACH OUT TO THE CHILDREN’S FATHER AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM FOR HIS

Walquiria Cassini, Matthew Cassini and Ryan Londono were all taken into custody following an almost four-month investigation and FBI raid of the residence.

The charges shocked Judge Donald Hafele, who said he'd never seen anything like it on the bench.

"For the past 25 years, I've seen just about everything, so to shock the court's conscience is frankly a difficult proposition at this point in the court's career," Hafele said.

Cassini, 38, an ultrasound technician, appeared in court on capital child sex charges — accused of sexually abusing two children – the youngest well under 10 years old and starting when he was five.

"The extent of this is probably never going to be known," Hafele said.

Cassini's boyfriend, Ryan Londono, 42, who lists his occupation as an IT professional, faces the same charges of not only forcing the children into sex acts but allegedly performing on camera for anonymous people to watch on various streaming platforms.

As with Cassini, Hafele set no bond on the capital sex charges

"You'll not have contact with anyone under 18 — if you ever see the light of day again," he told Londono.

Cassini's 20-year-old son, Matthew Cassini, is also facing charges of having sex with the children.

His lawyer noted Matthew was not charged with filming the alleged abuse, but the prosecutor countered with, "He's charged with actual intercourse with the child."

According to the arrest warrant, the FBI was assisting in the investigation and raided Cassini's house Tuesday, where they found ring cameras, tripods, and other items they allege were used to record the abuse, as well as Venmo, and other financial transactions they said were connected to the alleged pornography venture.

Cassini's lawyer pointed out no videos were found, but the judge noted 33 videos were erased from one online platform the day after the investigation began, and he continued expressing his outrage over the allegations.

"The horrible nature of these allegations sustained the court's determination," Hafele said.

Cassini looked close to tears several times as she glanced into the audience, where her attorney noted her mother and brother were in attendance.

A call to the children's father was not returned.
