LE SSERAFIM hits Billboard's Hot 100, becoming the sixth K-pop girl group to grace the U.S. chart

In a historic moment for K-pop, LE SSERAFIM has stormed onto Billboard's Hot 100 chart with their latest smash hit "EASY" claiming the 99th spot. This achievement marks the group's inaugural appearance on the prestigious chart, solidifying their place in music history.
Joining the ranks of esteemed girl groups like Wonder Girls, BLACKPINK, TWICE, NewJeans, and FIFTY FIFTY, LE SSERAFIM becomes only the sixth K-pop girl group to grace the Hot 100.This accomplishment expands even further as they join the elite circle of K-pop acts alongside luminaries such as BTS and Stray Kids, making them the eighth K-pop group to achieve this feat.
But their success doesn't stop there. "EASY" has been making waves globally, climbing to the 6th position on Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. chart and securing the 13th spot on the Global 200. Their dominance extends to the World Digital Song Sales chart, where "EASY" stands tall at number 5.
Not to be outdone, LE SSERAFIM's B-side track "Smart" has also made an impressive entry, debuting at 70th on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and 91st on the Global 200. Meanwhile, their previous hit single "Perfect Night" continues to captivate audiences, holding strong at 42nd on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and bouncing back to 72nd on the Global 200 after 18 weeks.
The group's latest mini-album, aptly titled "EASY," has also achieved remarkable success, debuting at an impressive 8th position on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart. This milestone crowns LE SSERAFIM as the fastest K-pop girl group to secure multiple top 10 albums.
As if that weren't enough, LE SSERAFIM re-enters Billboard's Artist 100 at an all-time high, claiming the 5th spot, further solidifying their status as one of the hottest acts in the industry.
LE SSERAFIM, formed by Source Music, comprises five talented members: Sakura, Kim Chae-won, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun-chae. Despite the departure of Kim Ga-ram in 2022, the group has continued to ascend to greater heights.
Their journey began on May 2, 2022, with the release of their debut EP "Fearless," which shattered records for single-day sales by a female K-pop act and earned double platinum certification in South Korea. Since then, they've achieved multiple milestones, including million-seller status with their second EP "Antifragile" and their debut studio album "Unforgiven."
