Man falls off cliff trying to rescue bird
Orange County firefighters have shared dramatic video showing an aerial rescue in Trabuco Canyon. The rescue involved a man and his lost bird.
Fire crews rushed to O’Neill regional park after a bystander called 911 to report seeing a man fall over the side of a cliff.
Officials say the man was trying to re-capture his bird, and that’s when he fell about 12 feet down the side of the cliff.
The man was hoisted to safety with his bird tucked under his shirt.
