City of Bryan to host Open House for citizens

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Grab lunch and explore what the City of Bryan has to offer.

The City of Bryan is holding its first-ever Open House at Legends Event Center on Thursday, April 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This event is meant to showcase the range of services and programs offered by city departments.

City officials say they aim to foster a deep sense of community engagement and connection among residents.

The free come-and-go event allows residents to:

-Explore city departments and services

-Sign up for parks and recreation programs

-Discover job and volunteer opportunities

-Secure a library card

-Learn about fire safety and prevention

-Access animal services and adoption information

-Participate in demonstrations

-Interact with first responders

Refreshments and door prizes will be provided, with Big Dawg Barbecue available for purchase.
